Get our longest-lasting, no-shine look by painting two coats of polish. Allow time to dry. This polish has a thick consistency but dries smooth. Once dry, if you prefer, buff to a luscious satin finish. We recommend using Flatte Top as a top coat and as a base coat. Re-flatten nails in a few days with Flatte Top Coat or let nails wear naturally to a slight luster. Some even say chipped Flatte nails look fine.
